Living room with blue bird-branch wallpaper, a piano, teal armchair and tangerine sofa in a 1920s Fairmount Hill Colonial in Brookline by Casagrande Studio

Fairmount Estate

We refreshed this 1920s Colonial in the Fairmount Hill Historic District in Brookline, Mass., by bringing in unique mixes of color, from a glossy pink dining room ceiling to a verdigris powder room, fresh grass green update to the primary bathroom, and a green and turquoise kitchen. A tangerine couch pops against a bird-branch pattern wallpaper in the living room, granting the owner’s wish to bring the outside in.
